Now entering our 14th year raising colorful, high quality Huacaya and Suri alpacas for the beautiful fiber they produce. We have the genetic diversity and bloodlines for new breeders to build quality starter-herd packages. We've been fully hands-on and can provide individual attention and sound advice based on experience. We know each of our alpacas' names, personalities, fiber traits and bloodlines. We assembled this herd individually through selective investments and breeding decisions. Our choice of studs has resulted in over a dozen show champions and ~50 blue ribbon winners on our farm - enough to qualify Tealwater Ranch as "Certified Elite".

So why are we selling our herd? Advancing age has brought life threatening heart disease - my dear husband Bob can no longer help on the farm, and I'm putting off a hip replacement. The farm is for sale if bought with the herd to carry on and grow an established business. We have alpacas priced for smaller budgets, offered as fiber/companion animal stock, and fine, excellent bloodline award winning studs and dams for sale at dispersal prices - contact us to receive a copy of the dispersal price list.

How can you benefit as a client of Tealwater Ranch? By taking advantage of our expertise in fiber sorting and grading, animal selection and breeding decisions. We still believe our reputation and your trust is earned in every transaction. We also offer raw fiber, roving, yarn and finished products for sale in luxurious alpaca - both Peruvian and USA handmade.

Our foundation stock represents world class quality, with record setting and famous ancestors in their pedigrees including:
- Cantano of Peru - Suri - 2003 world record high selling alpaca at $265,000
- Snowmass Matrix - Huacaya - 2010 world record high selling alpaca at $650,000
